The FEEG Diploma is a common European qualification in gemmology (European Gemmologist – EG) created in 1995 and only issued by training institutions who are members of the Federation. The French Gemmological Laboratory (LFG) is a FEEG member and organises exams since 2018.
The FEEG Diploma is the only diploma recognized in Europe which enables you to confirm your theoretical and practical knowledge in gemmological expertise and increases international career opportunities. FEEG allows you to become a member of an international community bringing together the best gemmologists and to share gemmological knowledge across the continent.
To help you prepare for the FEEG exam whilst developing your knowledge in gemmology, the LFG has set up a 2-day preparation course in Paris. Through a comprehensive curriculum, this course will allow you to review the skills acquired during your gemmology degree and gain additional knowledge about rarer gems and laboratory techniques.
